Wineteer Elementary
Shop fabricated all structural and misc. steel including site demo, epoxy, anchors, masonry lintels, embedded steel, cold form framing/ light gauge framing, decorative railing, fabrication and bolts, trash enclosures, fencing, grouting baseplates. FirstCon also executed inspections and testing, grinding, and touch-up paint.

Grace Med
FirstCon erected columns and entry canopy steel; installed handrails with coring and grout; performed joist and web reinforcement; installed roof rails; unloaded and drayed all steel components and light gauge framing; and all performed hoisting and rigging of all steel components.
