This project involved demolition of walls and landings on multiple floors, with services provided including wall sawing and wall opening; stairwell and mass roof structure demo; joist, bridging and bulkheads; saw cutting/removing trenches; demo of HVAC and piping; and miscellaneous platforms and woodwork.

FirstCon erected columns and entry canopy steel; installed handrails with coring and grout; performed joist and web reinforcement; installed roof rails; unloaded and drayed all steel components and light gauge framing; and all performed hoisting and rigging of all steel components.

Shop fabricated all structural and misc. steel, including site demo, epoxy, anchors, masonry lintels, embedded steel, cold form framing/ light gauge framing, decorative railing, fabrication and bolts, trash enclosures, fencing, grouting baseplates. Also performed inspections and testing, grinding, and touch-up paint.
Dodge City Admin Building
Selective Demolition
Executed mechanical, plumbing and electrical disconnection and removal of items, and installed a structural shoring solution.
Hesston College Nursing Addition
Selective Demolition
Performed mechanical, plumbing and electrical disconnection and removal of items; demolition of two restrooms; removal of stadium seating; removal and fill with sand/soil mixture below down to 7″; saw-cutting of concrete; exterior masonry; and demolition and removal of concrete slabs.
